Earth Day Celebration's are upon us and a feeling of appreciation for the wonderful planet we live on infuses me....
I want to take this time to welcome any new readers as well as returning visitors to my blog, wishing you all a very happy earth day.
So in honour of Earth Day 2010 here are a few photos of children enjoying the planet we inhabit(I just love the way kids make me feel that every day is earth day...especially when they are climbing high up into the trees)

The trees featured in this family photo session above are very old and massive Oak trees...we nicknamed them the Faraway Trees...just gorgeous and magnificent at the same time.
These children above were so lucky to have grandparents with a wonderful garden, free of pesticides but full of delicious food to pick and eat!
